This is a placeholder for the StatusLayer privacy policy. Before public launch it will be replaced with a policy reviewed by qualified legal counsel.

What we collect

Tenant account details (email, display name, tenant slug), the content you publish on your status page, and the email addresses of people who subscribe to your page. We store login sessions and audit events for security and compliance.

Where it lives

Data is hosted in the EU (London, eu-west-1). Email is delivered by Amazon SES in the same region. No data leaves the EU unless you explicitly configure an alternative residency.

Who sees it

Only people you invite to your tenant. Our team can access tenant data only for support, security investigations, and as required by law — every such access is audited and you can request the log.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. For subscribers, every notification includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribed entries are soft-deleted for 30 days then purged.
