Pricing questions

What happens when the beta ends?
Every tenant on a free page is automatically placed on the Starter tier. You will be emailed 60 days before any pricing change takes effect, and existing pages are grandfathered for 12 months so you have time to decide.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — no clawback, no surprise refund.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing is 20% cheaper. We offer a 50% discount for registered charities and bona-fide open-source projects — email us with a few links and we will set it up manually.
What counts as a subscriber?
A confirmed email address attached to at least one component or to the whole page. Unsubscribed and unconfirmed entries do not count toward the limit.
Do you offer a trial on paid tiers?
During beta, everything is free. After launch, paid plans include a 14-day full-feature trial that does not require a card.
What if I need something custom?
Enterprise plans are negotiable on residency, SSO providers, on-prem delivery (selective), and uptime SLAs. Email sales@statuslayer.app with the shape of your problem.
